Fully Free Advocacy & Strategy Sessions

Policy
Each calendar year, Margie intentionally reserves space for:

  • Up to 12 Free Advocacy Sessions

  • Up to 12 Free Strategy Sessions

This cap exists to ensure fairness, sustainability, and the ability to show up with presence and care.

Process

  • A short application is required

  • Applications are reviewed thoughtfully to ensure fit and fairness

  • Sessions are scheduled based on current availability

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.

2️⃣ “Pay What You Can” Spots

Offered From the Heart

In limited circumstances, a small number of “Pay What You Can” spots may be offered to individuals or business clients who genuinely fall through traditional financial cracks.

Important notes:

  • Capacity is extremely limited

  • These spots are not advertised or guaranteed

  • Offered selectively based on current workload and sustainability

This option exists to honor humanity—not to replace professional rates or ongoing support structures.

3️⃣ Payment Plans

Advocacy Services Only

  • Custom payment plans may be available for Advocacy Services

  • Offered on a case-by-case basis when appropriate

Boundary

  • Custom payment plans are not offered for standard business services
    (including Dream Team or other business programs)

  • Business services follow standard pricing or platform-based financing only

This distinction helps maintain clarity and integrity across all work.

  • Access offerings do not alter the scope, ethics, or boundaries of services

All services—whether paid, access-rate, or pro bono—remain educational and advocacy-based, not legal advice or legal representation.

This balance allows Margie’s work to function as both:
