My Journey to Capacity and AI Application

I was scared of AI at First

The news and tech chatter made it feel like a wave that would leave many of us behind. But I couldn’t ignore it—So I did what I always do: I tested it where life was loudest—my businesses, my money, my body and soul, and my relationships.​

  • Business:
    AI helped me scale three brands at once, by taking the small tasks off my plate so I could lead the big ones.

    I created systems that saved thousands in contractor and staffing costs—without sacrificing quality or my voice.​
