Welcome to our trainings— a Margie Haywood LLC experience designed to help you train your mind for profit, peace, and purpose. By enrolling in this Challenge, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before you register.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing access to and participating in our Challenges & Training (“the Challenge”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not participate.
2. Description of Service
Trainings are live, online training experience created by Margie Haywood LLC. It includes:
Live training sessions and replays
Group Q&A time
Access to a private community
Downloadable tools and challenge resources
Our goal is to give you simple, practical steps to build mental and financial systems that work in real life.
3. Eligibility & Prerequisites
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms.
To fully participate, you’ll need:
A stable internet connection
Access to the online platforms used during training
Any third-party tools recommended during the sessions
4. Registration & Payment
Your seat is confirmed only after registration and full payment.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe, PayPal, or another verified processor.
Pricing may change for future participants, but confirmed registrations are locked in at the price paid.
5. Access & Materials
Live Challenge Access Includes:
Entry to all live training sessions
Real-time Q&A with the trainer
Access to the private Challenge group
Additional digital resources
Replay Access Includes:
Recordings of all live sessions
Continued access to resources for review and implementation
Post-Challenge group access for support
Replay access is available for 12 months from the live event unless removed by a third-party platform.
6. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Because this program includes digital content and immediate access to training materials, no refunds will be issued once your purchase is complete.
If technical issues prevent replay delivery (see Section 10.1), a complimentary course registration coupon may be provided instead.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content shared in the Challenge — including videos, templates, prompts, frameworks, and guides — is the intellectual property of Margie Haywood LLC.
You may not:
Reproduce, sell, or distribute any materials
Share logins or group content
Use the materials to create competing courses or products
You may:
Use the resources for your personal and business growth
Apply the frameworks within your own work (with proper credit if publicly shared)
8. Participant Conduct
You agree to:
Participate respectfully and constructively
Keep all community discussions confidential
Refrain from spamming, promoting outside offers, or disruptive behavior
Violations may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.
9. Technical Support & Limitations
Technical support is available through:
Challenge Q&A sessions
The private group community and moderators
We are not responsible for:
Internet or device issues on your end
Changes or outages of third-party platforms
Delays caused by technology providers outside our control
10. Replay Delivery Guarantee
If Margie Haywood LLC cannot deliver replays within seven (7) days of a live session due to technical failure or system error, participants will be offered a complimentary course coupon for any available program of equal or lesser value (upon request).
Notification will be sent via email within 7 days if replays are unavailable.
Coupon must be redeemed within 12 months of issue.
This remedy replaces any refund request related to replay access.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Challenge is provided as-is for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, financial results, or business success.
Results depend on your implementation, consistency, and individual circumstances. AI tools and techniques evolve — it’s your responsibility to stay current with the resources provided.
12. Privacy Policy
Participation in this Challenge is subject to the Margie Haywood LLC Privacy Policy
13. Changes to Terms
Margie Haywood LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted at margiehaywood.com. Continued participation constitutes agreement with any changes.
